Denise Koch

As leader of the Buffalo MidCountry Bank team, Denise Koch is focused on people. Fueled by seemingly limitless energy and positivity, it’s her goal to provide service and support that makes her customers and team feel their needs and their success are her priority.

Community pride rides high in the Buffalo Community, and Denise has played a big role in helping her community, supporting local businesses as they navigate changing economic waters, and rallying around events that drive positive growth in the area. Denise is quick to offer her financial expertise and creative problem-solving to arrive at solutions that make a difference. Backed by a full service organization, those solutions run the gambit from traditional depository and lending products, to specialized cash management, SBA, community small business loans and insurance options tailored to fit unique client requirements. Denise works with zeal no matter what it is she’s doing. Her eagerness to go out of her way to really know people is a unique customer service trait, and highly respected within MidCountry, as well as in the Buffalo community.

Outside of work, Denise’s active family keeps her grounded. Joined by her husband Doug and their three kids, the Koch’s enjoy the lake, area campgrounds, and spending time with close friends. Denise is busy coaching youth softball, and soaking up every opportunity to pass on those lessons in teamwork while making memories that last a lifetime.

Denise’s honest and on-her-sleeve-compassion for others supports and models the MidCountry commitment to get things done. Denise makes customers and community her priority and forms genuine, trusting relationships with those she serves.
