Bob Morse can’t help but get excited about seeing folks thrive. Supporting customers as they set and attain goals literally makes his day. In his role as a Senior Community Business Banker, Bob works diligently with each customer to understand their aspirations and needs, and consistently delivers prompt, quality service. His comprehensive background within the financial industry has taught him that relationships are the foundation for helping customers succeed financially. He strives to know his customers, to know what MidCountry Bank does best, and to focus on where those meet.

Bob takes his role seriously, not only for his customers, but as his title alludes, for his community. He recognizes that a thriving community relies on steadfast volunteerism. “Devoted” doesn’t begin to describe Bob’s level of dedication to his community and to others or the deep history of his service. Extensive service with organizations such as the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corp, the White Bear Lake Rotary, the Ramsey County Youth Council, the White Bear Lake Area Education Foundation, Northeast Residence, Inc. (501C3 group homes for the developmentally disabled), and the LakeShore Players Theatre demonstrates the diversity in his volunteer endeavors.

Though Bob is most fulfilled by assisting others, he also finds joy in outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, golfing. His amiable personality naturally brings him to family gatherings, Bible studies with church friends, and travel to meet new people!

As he is always seeking out additional outreach and growth opportunities in his community, Bob takes great pride participating in professional business organizations such as: Exit Planning Institute (EPI), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Hugo Business Association, and Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) MN to name just a few.

Personal and persistent, Bob makes customers and community his priority and forms genuine, trusting relationships with those he serves. That special connection is what sets him apart. He’s more than just a banker – he’s an advocate and friend.
