MidCountry Bank has promoted Stephenie Olson to Director of Operations and will join the Executive Leadership team. Stephenie Olson began her career with MidCountry Bank in 2006 as Assistant Controller, and most recently served as Controller. In her 17 years at MidCountry she’s had a variety of leadership roles providing a range of organizational and systems knowledge. Stephenie has shown limitless capacity for growth, innovation, and creating strategic alignment across business lines.
As Director of Operations, Stephenie will lead several teams and service delivery channels. She will provide direction in supporting and maintaining systems and processes that optimize the success of MidCountry Bank and its customers.
Stephenie Olson is a graduate of Saint Cloud State University with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems. She was a Finance & Commerce “Top Women in Finance” honoree in 2022. Stephenie has been on the board of the McLeod County United Way for many years and is currently residing as the president of the board and a key leader in all their programs.
Stephenie’s promotion is a testament to her work ethic and commitment to our team members, customers, and our communities. She is an outstanding leader, and we are proud to have her represent MidCountry Bank.
