MidCountry Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Michelle Lejcher to its Executive Team. As Chief Risk Officer, Michelle oversees the design and implementation of the enterprise risk management strategy and framework for MidCountry Bank. Over 15 years of experience and industry engagement as an auditor and ERM leader honed a consultative and practical approach with business partners, and she looks forward to leading a talented team. Michelle earned her Bachelors in Business at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
