As Director of Human Resources, Eli Mattison is committed to recruit talent for the bank, and help individuals succeed in their careers through coaching and professional development. Eli started her career while finishing her degree in Human Resources at the University of Minnesota. Her leadership skills were honed within a variety of industries before entering financial services where she continues to make connections and build strong relationships, supporting positive growth from within.
