Steve Meads provides humble, confident leadership, driving success as the President and CEO of MidCountry Bank.  Steve joined the organization in 2010 and has strategically selected a team with a unified focus to establish MidCountry as a predominant financial service provider in the market.  MidCountry’s resolve to be locally owned and managed sets it apart from its peers.

Steve built his extensive banking career in the Twin Cities, with increasing management oversight for several financial institutions prior to assuming his current role.  Steve is adept at navigating and managing multiple business lines in a complex and highly regulated environment.
