As Director of Operations, Stephenie leads the Deposit Operations, Loan Operations and Project Management teams for MidCountry Bank. She provides direction in supporting and maintaining systems and processes that optimize the success of MidCountry Bank and its customers. Stephenie has been with MidCountry Bank since 2006 and most recently served as Controller prior to her current position. She was a Finance & Commerce “Top Women in Finance” honoree in 2022.
