MidCountry Bank is excited to welcome Josh Sinclair as the new Branch Manager of its Apple Valley branch. His appointment reinforces the Bank’s ongoing commitment to providing personalized, community-focused financial services to individuals and businesses throughout the Apple Valley area.
Josh Sinclair joins the Apple Valley team with more than 18 years of diverse financial industry experience, bringing a proven track record in management, underwriting, customer engagement, and community outreach. As Branch Manager, Sinclair will lead daily branch operations, support personal and business banking clients, and strengthen relationships within the Apple Valley community.

Josh is actively involved in community service, volunteering with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Feed My Starving Children, and coaching youth sports. He is also a Bayport community service officer and involved in area Chambers of Commerce. In his free time, Josh enjoys snowboarding, hunting, attending live concerts, traveling, and cheering on his Minnesota sports teams.
